Productivity templates
Simple sheets that help you decide what to do next: tasks, priorities, due dates and a done count, without an app to learn.
These templates are deliberately small. A to-do list in a spreadsheet works because you can sort by priority, filter by status and see what is overdue at a glance, and because it lives in the same file as the rest of your work. Each list has drop-down lists for priority and status, highlights what is late, and keeps a running count of open and finished tasks.
Every file uses dd/mm/yyyy dates and A4 paper, and works in Excel, Excel for Mac, Google Sheets and LibreOffice without macros. Download the .xlsx or make a copy in Google Sheets and clear the sample rows.
