CtrlSheet is built to collect as little as possible. We don't require an account, we don't set advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell data.

Who is responsible

CtrlSheet is operated by Exhaustivindex, Unipessoal Lda, a Portuguese private limited company with its registered office at Rua da Alegria, n.º 164, 4410-213 São Félix da Marinha, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, company and tax number (NIPC) 517839709. What we process

• Your IP address, to apply the free download limit. When you download a template we store a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself, for 24 hours. After that it is deleted automatically. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service free and preventing abuse.
• Anonymous download statistics. For each download we record the template, the time, the country reported by our network provider and the website that linked to us. Each record carries a pseudonymous ID that changes every day, so downloads can't be linked to you or across days.
• Server logs. Our hosting and network providers keep short-term technical logs to keep the site secure and available.

Service providers

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf to protect and speed up the site. Google Sheets copies of our templates are hosted by Google. Opening one is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
