Privacy policy

CtrlSheet is built to collect as little as possible. We do not require an account, we do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell data.

What we process

• Your IP address, to apply the free download limit. When you download a template we store a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself, for 24 hours. After that it is deleted automatically.
• Anonymous download statistics. For each download we record the template, the time, the country reported by our network provider, and the website that linked to us. Each record carries a pseudonymous id that changes every day, so downloads cannot be linked to you or across days.
• Server logs. Our hosting and network providers keep short-term technical logs to keep the site secure and available.

Service providers

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf to protect and speed up the site.

Your rights

You can ask us about the data we hold, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
