All CtrlSheet templates are free to download and use.

You can

• Use the templates for personal, educational and commercial purposes.
• Edit them, add your logo, and send the resulting documents to clients.
• Share a template with colleagues or students. A link to ctrlsheet.com is appreciated.

You can't

• Sell the templates, or offer them for download as part of another template collection, marketplace or website.
• Remove the CtrlSheet credit from a template that you redistribute.

Templates are provided as they are. We test every formula, but you are responsible for checking that a template fits your situation. Tax and legal notes are general information, not professional advice, and rules change. Check with an accountant or adviser when it matters.
